Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

How long will we retain your personal data?

Including data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are true and is responsible for communicating any changes.
The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested via the website are mandatory, as they are necessary for optimal service delivery to the USER. If not all data are provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided will be fully tailored to the user’s needs.

In compliance with current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER adheres to all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regarding the processing of personal data under their responsibility, and in particular, to the principles outlined in Article 5 of the GDPR. These include processing data lawfully, fairly, and transparently with respect to the data subject, and ensuring that the data are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that they have implemented the necessary technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures set out in the GDPR and LOPDGDD to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with adequate information to exercise these rights.
