Felipe Aragón es un ciudadano español-colombiano, formado como abogado en España, especializado en derecho comercial, derecho de inversiones internacionales y arbitraje internacional.

Felipe Aragón es Of Counsel en Armesto Dispute Resolution, una boutique líder en la Península Ibérica, fundada en 2001 por Juan Fernández-Armesto, especializada en arbitraje comercial y de inversiones. Felipe actúa como secretario de tribunales arbitrales en procedimientos de arbitraje internacional y doméstico, tanto ad hoc como administrados, que involucran disputas comerciales y de inversión. Los casos son administrados por ICSID, ICC, PCA, así como instituciones arbitrales españolas y latinoamericanas. En cuanto a los arbitrajes ad hoc, la mayoría están sujetos a las Reglas de UNCITRAL.
Felipe administra procedimientos bajo diferentes leyes aplicables, relacionados con el sector energético, minerales y otros recursos naturales, contratos comerciales, fusiones y adquisiciones, concesiones públicas y contratos EPC.
Es cofundador de IASC, una organización sin ánimo de lucro de jóvenes profesionales que ofrece cursos de formación sobre arbitraje internacional y fomenta su comprensión como un mecanismo eficaz de resolución de disputas.

Felipe tiene un Doble Grado en Derecho y Economía de la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Durante sus estudios, pasó un semestre en la Universidad Jan Amos Komensky de Praga.
Felipe también posee un Máster en Práctica Jurídica de UDIMA y un Certificado Avanzado de Arbitraje de la Universidad CEU San Pablo y el Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
